Why Me?

So why come to me? I’d like to think there are a number of reasons:

Caring and Compassionate

I am fascinated by human behaviour, by the relationship between the conscious and unconscious mind and how our mind and our thinking work.  I wanted to learn more about this and to know how to use this knowledge to help people overcome their barriers to leading a happier life and being who they want to be. I enjoy encouraging my clients to explore and develop their true potential

It is truly a delight when a client makes changes in themselves or has a ‘light bulb moment’. It’s wonderful to help bring about a positive change to someone’s life.

Experience and Expertise

With my background in business, global PR and communications I am used to working with people from many different backgrounds; I am frequently told that I am very easy to talk to.  Effective listening is the hallmark of a successful therapist.

As someone who has had to overcome many challenges of my own, I am both aware of what life can throw at us and that we all have compassion and the resources within us to overcome adversity.

I have undertaken extensive training to become a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and accredited Life Coach.  I work closely with peers and am committed to learning different techniques; visualisation and metaphor are just two areas I continue to explore.  I am actively engaged in a programme of Continuous Professional Development.

I am fluent in English, French and Spanish.

An Effective Combination

Being both a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and a Life Coach I can help clients overcome the negative thoughts and habits that stand in their way and help them to work out where they want to go. This creates a natural progression – it’s all part of the same transformative journey.
